Daily Maintenance & Pre-Start Inspection Checks

Everything you need to grease, oil, and visually inspect every day to keep your Revolution running safely and reliably. Tony covers all grease nipple locations (mast sides for wear pads, main hinge pin, angle ram pins, stroking leg ram, large rotation hinge pins), daily oil application points using chainsaw bio-lube (mast face, wire rope, side-shift plastics, ram ball ends), weekly rotational chain lubrication, and the keeper bolt visual inspection routine — checking that every 8mm keeper bolt is in place with a 13mm spanner from the valve bank side. Includes a note on the angle ram's cotter-pin-backed keeper and why daily greasing is as much about spotting problems early as it is about lubrication.
